Sony Ericssons new C902i is another Cyber-Shot cameraphone with features extending beyond the still-impressive imaging capabilities. Measuring only 10.5mm thick and weighing just 107 grams, the C702i's size belies the power located within. On the outside is a respectable 2" screen which displays colours at 256K and a conventional alphanumeric keypad with central 4-way D-pad. With the connection options is where things start to get really interesting. As well as standard GPRS & Bluetooth, you get 3G HSDPA at 3.6mbps, otherwise known as 3.5g and a USB port. The camera in the Sony Ericsson C902i will be an impressive 5 Mega Pixels with autofocus, image stabiliser and flash with the well-known Cyber-Shot features. To make taking pictures a much more user-friendly experience, the C902i has touch-sensitive keys all around the top-two sides of the screen when held in landscape mode, each of which corresponding to a particular camera feature. Even once you look past the imaging you'll see that the C902i functions as more than just a cameraphone. Thanks to the internal memory of 160MB (which can be expanded via a memory stick micro card (or M2) plenty of music files can be stored, but if you get bored of your own collection, you can also use the FM Radio with RDS. TrackID music recognition is also supported in the Sony Ericsson C902i.
